it is very inconvenient not having chapter names, it really makes this audiobook unusable unless you just want to listen to birds. If you’re trying to identify by sing, forget it because you’d have to listen to the entire book.

On Getting Unstuck, Pema Chodron introduces a rare Tibetan teaching she received from her teacher, Dzigar Kontrul Rinpoche, and one that has become critical to her practice. Here, she unveils the mystery of an ineffable quality; a "pre-emotional" feeling that arises in us, brings us discomfort, and causes us to react by escaping the discomfort, often with harmful habits. With Getting Unstuck, she offers us a first look at "both the itch and the scratch": what Tibetan Buddhists call shenpa.

Maybe this would have been better as a book than audiobook but I couldn't get through it and wish I could return it and get my credit back...I'm an audiobook addict and very few do I feel I'd rather get my money back especially when I can't finish them.

Narration was terrible--spoken way too fast. I can't even grasp what is being said. Feels so scattered. Didn't realize it was religious based, too many scripture references. Hated this book. Only listened to 10 minutes. Waste.

Discover the healing power of crystals, stones, and minerals. Crystals have the ability to help us feel grounded and stable. They share their properties with us as if to say, "Here, try this on for a while and see how you feel." In a more direct way, they give off a sense of reminding us what it feels like to be comfortable in our own skin and express ourselves freely after all notions of stress have melted away.

A bit disappointed. Felt more like a lesson in mindfulness--which I know is part of it all but not what I was looking for. And a few words that were repeated over and over AND over got slightly irritating..."subatomic, beautiful, gorgeous, perfect". Positive words for sure but still... and although I've seen my third eye during meditation prior to this book, no, I did not meet my spirit guides. Patience I guess. In all fairness it wasn't a horrible book just not what I was looking for, nothing new here. I prefer the one by Blair Robertson, to the point, no fluff and $5. I did bookmark the exercises and will continue to work with them.
