I think people new to the subject may find this book useful. for me it seemed painful and tedious while anecdotal and at times subjective. although the story of the jar seemed good.

survive the first hour. it's totally worth it. at first I thought it'd become a boring space opera. but some this gripped me to the end. definitely a unique piece of literature. I felt like the author let the consumer's mind create whatever structure the consumer wanted for scenery.

so came here after seeing so so so many recommendations for this book and it really captivated me. this writer really has great ideas and imagination. I would highly recommend this book.
