A solid reference and relatable advices, illustrated with examples of real life conversations.
Just somehow the narrator for this book of the series was not as exciting as the other 2.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

It is just all about the statistics that Zillow has pulled out of its system.

Any additional comments?

It is just all about the statistics that Zillow has pulled out of its system. There's little doubt that those statistics it talked about all book long is accurate. But what does they imply? Pretty common sense findings I would say, nothing particularly useful in practice.
