I couldn’t think of a better person, other than James Earl Jones, Keith David Williams & Terrence Carson, to have read this. The Thanos voice was spot on.

I find this origin story less bizarre and easier to digest than others. Still creepy but that’s just who Thanos is: a Creepy Warlord Space Satan LoL.

Not sure ow to explain it.... It was great for the first 3 generations, the 4th was so/so.... then it got weird and the story started dragging. Some horrible things started happening, but because we only got the POV of the documentation provided by the Maesters and that Psychotic Jester, Mushroom (He was a HOT MESS!), some things were speculated and never confirmed. That ending was brutal though... Good grief. You're better off reading Tales of Dunk & Egg (Aeg?) before this. It talks a bit more in depth about some important Targaryens that I don't recall this book covering much. Doesn't have much bearing on this story, but It was nice to learn about them too.
