Interesting story of deceit but I agree with the review about disliking both sisters by the end of the story.

remember there are two sides to every story. Having family that lived through some of the history told in this course, keep an open mind. I found the Professor very informative but mostly one sided. I would have liked to hear a more balanced approach. Just my opinion.......

I never thought I would say that I prefer the TV/Movie better than the books. The Phone mystery books are ok but the character left me cold. The TV version is much much better. First time in all my reading that I can remember saying that.

Good news... I really enjoyed this book. However, I would have given it a higher rating except for one thing.
Bad news: I dislike authors that slant their political views in their stories.
Good news: Mr. Margolin, I think, writes a good story. But please leave all that the conservatives r the bad guys and the "progressives" r the good guys out.
Bad news: First that is not true and second it distracts from the story. This is just my opinion.

Author has good story but, my opinion, needs work on the dialogue. e.g., too many "excuse me". Just one reader's opinion.
