This is the first year I have tried to learn Spanish. I am taking a class in school but I have no idea how to speak the language. This is the best book ever because I can hear the pronunciation and repeat it. I have downloaded and bought so many other Spanish courses but this is the only one I can truly understand and repeat. Thank you so much for thinking of people who are just starting to learn the language.

I am amazed at how much I have learned in the first week using this program… I'm excited to do the lesson six through 10… I feel like I can speak very basic Spanish now. The last time I tried a language was in high school over 30 years ago… However, I feel within two months using these programs, I will be able to be fluent in Spanish. I'm going to buy lesson six through 10 now… I'll give you my review next week on those in a week from now… Definitely, a brilliant course

The Addictive Brain is a fair and balanced investigation of addiction, backed by hard science and behavioral science. Most of us have probably seen the old antidrug commercial in which an actor compares your brain on drugs to an egg sizzling in a hot frying pan. That's a powerful image, but it doesn't tell us what actually happens when drugs enter your body and interact with neurochemical processes.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

According to polls conducted by Gallup and the Pew Research Forum on Religion & Public Life, the majority of Americans fail basic tests about religion, including tests on their own faith. This is troublesome because religious literacy is about so much more than naming deities or knowing the stories of ancient history. For many of us, religion is a way to examine and understand ourselves. These 24 enlightening lectures offer you the chance to experience the world's religions from all angles – historical, theological, and cultural.

Any additional comments?

I have personally enjoyed this course and feel that I have learned a lot of things that I should of learned in school. Unfortunately in America, everyone is afraid of talking about religion unless it is their own religion. When it is YOUR own religion, you only get YOUR point of view. You know what I am talking about. Thank you for a great course! Now we can talk about religion like a well educated person.

I personally love to learn. This course helped me look at the world in a new way. If all professors were this awesome in college, then everyone would be Albert Einsteins. Thank you for a wonderful course. I will listen to this and my other Great Courses over and over!!!
