Willa Knight: Dweller? Bad-ass? Notorious pet to five magical beings? In Blesswood, there are rules, and someone is trying to teach her how to follow them. The only problem is Willa. Which shouldn’t be anything new, since she has been a problem since birth — something her pseudo-sister Emmy would agree on. So it definitely shouldn’t be new, but it is. Because things are starting to happen that have never happened before. Things are starting to get chaotic.

I absolutely love this series! The narrator really does an excellent job going between the different voices of the brothers and Willa. In this book we see that Willa's connection to the brothers isn't just the soul link. With out it they still have love that links them. we find out more about Willa's peculiar self and what she is. I highly recommend!

In Minatsol, being a dweller means that you are literally no better than dirt. In fact, dirt might actually be more useful than Willa. Her life will be one of servitude to the sols, the magic-blessed beings who could one day be chosen to become gods. At least her outer village is far removed from the cities of the sols, and she won't ever be forced to present herself to them... Until one small mistake changes everything, and Willa is awarded a position to serve at Blesswood, the top sol academy in the world - a position that she definitely did not earn.

I absolutely love the writing duo Ilona Andrews. this the book though was very confusing to keep up with. I found myself drifting off all this evening to it. I think it was hard to keep my attention. I'm going to stay with the series though in hopes book 3 is better. I absolutely loved book 1. I am attached to William and Cerise. I just jad to give an honest review, this book just didn't do it for me. I still recommend reading it though. Even though it's not one of their best, it's still a good book and worth reading.

My best friend has been abducted by a madman who seems to have returned from the dead with the sole goal of seeking revenge against me. She’s my friend, but she’s also essential in finding a cure for a virus that has the potential to destroy the supernatural world. Did I mention there’s a war brewing between supernaturals and humans? My people, the Legacy, were responsible for the first supernatural war, and now I’m tasked with preventing the second.

This was an amazing ending to an amazing series. Of course I will miss Levy, Gareth, Savannah, and Lucas. Yet I couldn't have walked away anymore satisfied. This book was fast-paced, and the storylines were wrapped up nicely. This was the first series I started from McKenzie Hunter, but it won't be my last. I have found a new favorite author and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this series.

Supernaturals are out of the closet but I have to stay hidden because of the type of magic I possess. I’m a Legacy. It sounds like the title should come with reverence, a trust fund, or at the very least a cool backstory—instead it comes with a death sentence. I have to hide in plain sight and pretend to be just human. I’m pretty good at it. I live a simple and somewhat normal life, and I work in antique acquisitions. Everything’s going fine until a dangerous and enchanted dagger that was once in my possession is stolen. I didn’t think things could get any worse until I woke up next to a dead shifter, fae, and mage, without any memory of the past twenty-four hours. Considered guilty of murder by most of the magical community and humans, I must work with Gareth, the sexy and dangerous leader of the Supernatural Guild.

I read this book on my kindle earlier this year. i bought it on Audible to re-read it and finish the series. this book made me fall in love with the author McKenzie Hunter. It is so well-written. You fall in love with the main character Levy. everyone thinks Levy is a human. she can't reveal her magic or that she is a legacy. Her kind is thought to be extinct and has a kill on sight order. fake put her in the path of Gareth. he knows there's something off with her, but doesn't know exactly what it is. there is a romance blossoming and I love how the author slowly ignites the romance without stalling it. I love how the main character isn't your typical "whiny" female that is sometimes portrayed in urban fantasy. she is strong enough to do things on her own, but also strong enough to know when to ask someone for help. I can't wait to read the rest of the series. I highly recommend
