Lots of common sense hints about dealing with worry- sometimes too obvious to be all that interesting. Some key points: if you are worrying about a problem that is soluble, think of solutions. If problem too big for you (e.g. climate change) distract yourself. Nothing I disagree with, but easier said than done!

I really like the concept of this book. I want to eat healthier, and I have plenty of cookbooks that have great recipes, but I don’t want to make a list of ingredients to buy. The fact that this book makes it easy on me and breaks meal plans up into four weeks appeals to me. It has a list of ingredients to buy, and clear recipes for at least three meals a day, every day for four weeks. I like the idea of cooking once and using the ingredients again for future meals. I also like the vegetarian recipes, because from time to time I like to stop eating meat, just to give my body a break.

This is a good book if you want to start a clean eating plan without having to think too much about it. It was perfect for me because I was signing up for a day clean living plan at my gym and could use this book to complement the program. I was a bit surprised that it had so much information trying to convince people to adopt a clean eating diet.

Leanne explains Keto in a way that's easy to understand. Especially for those of us with different health issues. It's great for beginners and seasoned Ketonians! I'm just sad that I was scheduled to go to one of her book signings but due to bad weather that evening made traveling unsafe. I was going to have her sign my book! Loved cookbook. keto lovers.
