But then a relative of one of Dory's fey friends goes missing. They fear he's been sold to a slaver who arranges fights - sometimes to the death - between different types of fey. Story was okay.
I personally don't like when a book spends a large part on a characters self doubt and inner debating.

I like Aaron Shedlock as a reader. He did a great Scottish accent. I find Tracy Marks can be halting and she likes to draw out the last word of a sentience. It's just her stile but I find it distracting.

This book made me laugh out loud.... at work. Also having a great reader like Charlotte Kane helps. I was pulled in from the start and finished the book in one day. Can't wait for the other books in this series to come out on audible!

WHY... a male narrator for Adam's view point? He's so stiff and can't do an accent. I missed Lorelei King's voices for those characters. Adam, Ben, Stephen, ex... Please don't do that with the next book.
