Befriending Traci Calloway Cole is the best thing Simone Phillips has ever done. Traci is the kind of woman Simone wants to be - in every way possible. She begins copying her role model. Not because she wants to be Traci. She just wants to be exactly like Traci. Traci doesn't worry, though. She knows Simone doesn't mean any harm and that her mimicry is only sincere admiration. Until she discovers how far Simone's obsession has gone.

I didn't care for the book. I think it was a great concept but not executed well. I think the book was filled with unnecessary words to meet a word quota. For example..I don't need the details of what happens when you make a purchase at a store. Seriously, I swiped my card, I entered my coupon code, I got a receipt. That is filler. Sometimes I think author get lazy with their writing because they have a fan base. I personally don't appreciate a sloppy book. Also is there a way to write a book without Curtis Black. Geez he has done everything but walk on walk. I'm begging Kimberla to stretch out as an author. Do better some of your fans want more. Thx

In early 2000, Adnan Syed was convicted and sentenced to life for the murder of his ex-girlfriend Hae Min Lee, a high school senior in Baltimore, Maryland. Syed has maintained his innocence, and Rabia Chaudry, a family friend, has always believed him. By 2013, contacted Sarah Koenig, a producer at This American Life. In 2014, Koenig's investigation turned into Serial, a Peabody Award-winning podcast with more than 500 million international listeners. But Serial did not tell the whole story.

I honestly thought I had read it all and heard it all about Adnan. I was shocked and surprised by some things revealed in the book. Adnan is blessed to still have the support of his family and friend. There are some many that are lost in the prison system. That is designed to make it uncomfortable and a financial struggle for family's to see and talk with family members. Thank you for your true side of his story. I stand in support of justice for Adnan.
