There are many rules a priest can't break. A priest cannot marry. A priest cannot abandon his flock. A priest cannot forsake his God. I've always been good at following rules. Until she came. Then I learned new rules.

This was an incredible, intense and unique love story. It’s such a well-written journey of faith, temptation, forbidden desires and love. It’s wrong but oh so deliciously right.. it’s dark and twisted yet tender and profound.. it’s sinful and sweet, raw and real, taboo and oh so touching. Father Tyler Bell’s scorching story turned a Saint into a sinner when chemistry and carnal desire mixed.. and lust would eventually be turned into love. The pace was perfect, the characters had depth and the sex scenes were omg off-the-charts scorching hot. This was my first book by Sierra Simone and I’m in absolute awe of her talents to write such a broken yet hauntingly beautiful and memorable love story.. and the sensational narration by Jacob was sexy, seductive and took the story to a whole new level.. and the Elena was great too.

Worth a credit? I may have to pray for forgiveness.. because YES this whole series was definitely creditworthy.

I’ve had two of the three books in the Forge trilogy in my Library for a wee while now - I was impatiently waiting for the final book.. so now that it’s been released, I pretty much binge-listened to them one after the other.. and, right from the start, I was hooked. Because this trilogy has everything I was crossing my fingers for.. sizzling chemistry, great banter, suspense, twists, tension, a sexy badass alpha billionaire, a feisty heroine, sex, tricky interactions, character growth, drama and angst. It’s a dual POV cat and mouse romance that was doomed before it ever got started.. however, at the end of their rollercoaster ride, you’re treated to a very sweet HEA. Once again Joe and Erin did an awesome job at bringing the characters and the action-packed drama to life.

Worth a credit? Yes I loved every minute.. and I wouldn’t change a single word.. even the angsty hard ones!

One look at Jericho Forge, and I knew the rumors were true. He was a predator, and he had set his sights on me. I knew better than to bet more than I could afford to lose that night. This was my first book by Natasha Madison and I may well have rejected it.. but hello.. a Hollywood heartthrob in an enemies-to-lovers romance which is narrated by the outstanding Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross proved too much of a temptation for me to resist. And I’m so glad because, right from the start, I had that undefinable delicious feeling.. you know, that feeling you get early on in a story when you know it’s going to be a great listen.. so you sit back, relax and prepare to be wowed.. and wowed I was.

The characters, the slow-build of the enemies-to-lovers plotline, the snappy - to the happy dialogue, the fun banter, the pain, the passion and the pleasures, the dual POV drama and the touch of angst was all just right. And Kai and Wen’s duet style of narration made the story flow so naturally, made it more realistic and brought the characters to life.. oh yes, and they also made it a very enjoyable and entertaining 5 star audiobook.

Worth a credit? Yes definitely.

Filthy, sexy and full of surprises, Juliet is so hot she has me on fire. I’ve met my match and I can’t help going back for more. Then there’s Madison…she’s sweet, funny and awakens in me a fierce need to protect her. But I don’t do relationships. I don’t usually do the same woman twice. Juliet and Madison: Two very different women have got me completely hooked. Who will I choose? I know who I should choose, but I never said I was the hero of this story, or even the good guy. And besides, who wants to be good, when it feels so good being bad?

I was curious and had such high hopes for this unusual love story and I was in the mood for something a little different.. however, somewhere along the way it fizzled out for me.. and I blame the hero. All the way through, Dixon was an unapologetic manwhore and a bastard to women.. and not in a good way. He was meant to be an addiction psychiatrist.. but he was also a sex addict who spent his time banging his female clients and most of the endless supply of willing women who continually threw themselves at him. His ex fiancé had done quite a number on his psyche and he was still hurting a year later so didn’t want love at all.

However, he was drawn to two very different women.. Madison is a sweet virgin and Juliet is a hot nympho client who tempted and teased him, and he couldn’t resist her dirty sexual behaviour choosing to let Madison go. This is a man very much led by his dick. Things were hot ‘n heavy with Juliet for a while but, when Madison comes back onto the scene, Dixon’s earlier choice of Juliet will eventually turn out to be the worst decision of his life.. backfiring and bringing blackmail, heartache and uncertainty to his door.. but what did he expect after-all he did chose the devil’s spawn rather than the angel.

The trouble was that I really didn’t like ANY of the characters.. but especially Dixon who lied, cheated and even pictured Madison while f’ing Juliet. When things went wrong in Dixon’s life I thought “ha ha serves you right”, Juliet was a grade A bitch and Madison was just blah. Told mainly from Dixon’s PoV with some from Madison’s PoV, it had sex scenes with a multitude of eager women but I didn’t feel any passion, any chemistry, any hold your breath build-up or any soul-to-soul connection. It ends on a cliffhanger but sorry, I won’t be wasting any more of my time or money on this toxic relationship. The narration however was good.

Worth a credit? For me it’s a no.. but you may absolutely love it.

Awkward? Maybe. But how else is a good girl going to find out if she likes being naughty? I might be sweet as cherry pie, but I'm also bold and damn curious. And Gabe is charming, trustworthy, aces at seduction (or so I hear) and - bonus! - willing to give me lessons. But to guarantee it won’t ruin our friendship, I have some specific requirements for his instruction. I want these classes to be hypothetical more than hands-on. So what if he’s hella sexy? You’re pretty much guaranteed a swoonfest when the book’s been written by talented author Lauren Blakely and narrated by Erin Mallon and Joe Arden (sigh).. and, yet again, this team didn’t disappoint.

The story had lol humor and loveable characters in this sweet friends-to-lovers plot where the heroine Arden wants to move from ‘vanilla’ to more spicy sex - and who better to ask than her hot playboy firefighter friend Gabe. Arden knows Gabe doesn’t do relationships and has come up with the perfect plan to protect their friendship.. by them keeping their clothes on. But what she doesn’t know is that Gabe is already attracted to her, is ready to commit and is just waiting for his chance to come clean.. however, they’ll have to get dirty first.

Worth a credit? A very enjoyable dual POV light slow-burn that had fun witty dialogue, sizzling chemistry and it flowed smoothly with the duet style narration.. and YES it’s absolutely creditworthy.. but, because it’s included in the Romance Package, it was free.. oh happy happy days. And the bonus at the end where Joe (sigh) and Erin talked together and answered listener’s questions was the sweetest cherry on top.

This outstanding well-written Duet absolutely wrecked me.. then slowly pieced me back together.. and then wrecked me all over again. Right from the start, this was an emotional rollercoaster like no other.. it’s about mistaken identity, secrets, second chances, soul mates, love and letting go. This unforgettable journey grabs you, haunts you and doesn’t let you go until the very last word has been spoken. It’s a twisted, touching, thought provoking triangle.. not a hot ménage.

Instead of being the best day of Lucy’s life it was the worst. Instead of being by her side in Church saying “I do” her fiancé Sam has been in a car accident and is fighting for his life. And later, when all Lucy’s hope’s and prayers remain unanswered, she calls his moody estranged twin Saxon for help.. to return home to try and get through to his comatose brother. However, when it works and Sam eventually wakes up, he has no recollection of Lucy or their perfect life together.. he’s also a very changed man.. he’s nasty, short tempered and refuses to let her in. Sam’s amnesia could be temporary or it could be forever.. but either way, Saxon hasn’t come back for his brother.. there’s been too much bad blood between them for that.. no, he’s come back to help Lucy. However, he hadn’t ever planned on revealling long buried secrets.. secrets that will rewrite the past.. cause chaos.. will break hearts.. will change destinies.. and secrets that will reveal a beautiful truth.

This Duet absolutely consumed me.. I listened to it EVERY chance I got.. I lived and breathed it and felt very emotional along with these characters. Yes, there were times when I wanted to smack some sense into Lucy.. there were some repetition of feelings.. and perhaps a touch too many inner thoughts.. BUT overall it was, for me, epic and practically perfect. This very emotional and touching love story was told from Lucy’s POV and Summer Morton did a wonderful job at bringing the characters, the drama, the angst, the sex, the passion, the agonizing heartbreak and the torn feelings to life.

Worth a credit? It’s a uniquely different and suspenseful Duet overflowing with so many feels. It’s an unpredictable raw look at love when it’s going wrong.. and love when it’s going right. It’s an awakening of feelings.. and a putting to rest of feelings. It’s about triumph and tragedy and making sense of blurred feelings. It’s about righting wrongs and second chances. It’s seeped in sadness yet breathtaking and beautiful. It’ll break you, rock you and put you back together again. And YES, IMO, both books are definitely creditworthy.. and sigh.. now I want to listen to them all over again.

After the Buttons and Lingerie series, Penelope Sky is an auto-download author for me and the start of this, her new dark trilogy, had me riveted til the wee hours.. and I knew I wasn’t going to stop (or sleep) until I’d reached the end. It’s an all consuming story as the heroine Siena is threatened and forced to get ‘up close and personal’ to cold-blooded Cato (the most feared man in Italy) to save her estranged father. He’d been kidnapped by a vicious criminal gang who want Cato badly but he’s always surrounded by layers of heavily armed guards.. or in clubs with a revolving door of interchangeable ‘pairs’ of women. Cato and his brother are cold-blooded killers.. they’re criminals.. they’re bankers to mobsters, cartels and crime syndicates.. and Siena has to lure him in without getting caught.

Siena and Cato’s journey doesn’t start off well.. but, along the way, attraction and chemistry knock down walls, bring them closer and fuels a steamy relationship. However, as Siena manoeuvres and manipulates to get closer and closer to Cato, it’s her you’ll want to smack not him because he’s the victim.. he lowered his walls to let her in, he ignored his brother’s advice and he misguidedly trusted her. But it didn’t end well for either Siena (or me) because there was a nasty evil cliffhanger waiting for the both of us.

Worth a credit? I love.. love.. loved it - but I wish I’d known beforehand that this is part 1 of a trilogy because I’d never have started it until all the books are out. Nevertheless, it’s an intense and insanely good start, the dual POV narration by Michael and Natalie was perfect and YES, IMO, it’s definitely creditworthy.

I was cautiously optimistic so initially only downloaded the first book in the series.. but, after the cliffhanger ending, I was like a junkie looking for her next fix.. so hooked was I that I became an unsociable grouch - snapping at anyone who dared come near. And, now that the intense dual POV angst, suspense, twists, hurdles, sex, smiles, sorrow, bullets and bloodshed are finally over leaving these two damaged characters very much in love, I'm emotionally flatlining with a book hangover - which I hope to fix with more.. more.. more from Willow.

I thought this sinfully dark Mafia romance, with its possessive alpha Boss and his kidnapped obsession, was addictive and action-packed. It's not quite as 'dark' as some other books I've listened to.. however, there were a bucket full of feels along the way as well as sizzles and steam.. and tingles and toe curls too. And, the great narration by Savannah and Jacob breathed life into the characters and their emotional battlefield making each chapter more addictive than the last.

Worth a credit? This is a four credit series.. and YES, each and every one was, IMO, very creditworthy.
