This took me some time to read. About 1/2 way through I also thought it worthy of purchasing the print version (to reference & highlight). My journey to this book was through a grim cancer diagnosis in 2014 with a 2% survival rate. I changed radically, my lifestyle and became cancer free now more than 2.5 + yrs (no chemo, no radiation). In that process, I did everything I could . Fasting too. But not having anyone where I live to support this, it added to my fear and anxiety. I’m 70 years old and so need to be gentle in my efforts to detox a lifetime of things stuck inside me. I believe, however, that miracles happen everyday to ordinary people who are open minded like myself. This book gives clarity and purpose to anyone who is open to it both scientifically and intuitively. The research is here! Another old book, called The Tao of Detox...was longer and I never did read the thing (some thought of it as the “bible” of fasting). This is a more current findings and I appreciate all of it. As a vegan (links of cancer to animals in some studies) I may not use everything, however the idea of fasting, the benefits, the safety issues, have given me peace now moreover. This a a quality read and I’ve learned a lot. Thank you for the colossal efforts it took.

Just finished. Read all but his newest book now but not in order of publication date. This is my fav. That said, they've ALL taken me on a pretty high ride and wept me away. Yes, there seems to be a shift...an undeniable shift. I never sense I'm wasting time with Paul Selig's books, but rather feel privileged to be audience /participating in them. It's not a passive read. Highest stars to everyone who's participated in it's coming to fruition. Paul Selig's voice has become one I just adore, as I expect the man himself is also adorable as well. Bravo and thank you for reading this for Audible. A labor of love for which I'm SO grateful. Changing my entire life , mindset, spiritual happiness and , of course, when there's hope there's light.

I went back to listen to this book after purchasing on if Paul Selig's later books. I'm so enamored with these words, presented obviously through channeling, that o preferred to listen with an open mind just starting from the beginning. I'm glad I did (foe me). I havent hinestky, felt it totally absorbed yet, but that said, i feel ready to move forward. Paul Selig is one heck of a special being. Glad hes in our world!

I was mesmerized by listening to this book. Paul Selig has a charming voice and expresses the words effectively. I'm glad I read it. I believed it is, in fact, channeled . That said, I'm in.

If you could sum up Channeling Grace in three words, what would they be?

No matter how many books I read there's always something new for me, with Caroline Myss. I'm always inspired and am better for the time spent in her readings and see her as a true channeling sincere unique soul who's gift has likely saved my life. That said, it wasn't always this way. Working at a bookstore some years ago I found her haughty arrogant , too stern & hard nosed. Probably the only self help books I didn't read. This isn't all soft and cuddly stuff but rather different. After being diagnosed with a grim chance of survival a few years ago it sort of "broke me open". I became able to hear beyond my predjudices, the Catholicism I'd put to bed and her accusatory remarks...instead focusing with "new ears" loving and focusing on each word, noticing her heartfelt guidance and the changes made inside myself by truly looking within and self examining my self. It's several years later, I didn't die after all (so far) but instead doctors can no longer find any cancer in my body. Bone cancer, stage 4 breast and apparently it's so tiny they can't find it now. Self discipline is a big thing I've gleaned from Caroline (I started with Anatomy of the Spirit recommended to me with Dying to be Me by the great Anita Moorjani... afraid to read the second book I read Caroline's first...three times). Highly recommend this one. Even if you think you know all she has to say . Channeling grace has the markings of another great offering.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Caroline Myss who has a gift of storytelling that seems to penetrate my core.

Have you listened to any of Caroline Myss’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, I have several of her books. They are all my highest ratings!

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

The actual channeling grace when she walks me through it like a guided meditation. I physically feel it in my body.

I have been diagnosed with cancer. This is a good tape to listen too ( but nor very long). Changing perspectives scientifically affects our cells. Which can change the environment in which they live. I believe my thoughts have had radical results on healing. I do Donna Eden's Medicine on myself, eat 99% organic, juice 5 lbs carrots with 4 celery sticks an apple, ginger 1/2", and sometimes lemon daily , cleaning chemicals out of my home and drink Bragg's organic Apple cider vinegar with the mother (3 tsps a day to alkalizes my body. I meditate, I pray and fast sometimes.

When I began this book I was trepidatious and paused. Then I picked it up again to listen more. Put it down a second time, too "heavy' a subject matter & didn't want to drag myself through the muck & mire. Picked it up again after a rest. Then I GOT how this is different. A different approach, one that's attentive to the fragile components left after trauma. How what's traumatic is self defined, how it manifests over the years and how to finally get results from treating it. Thanks you. It's the first book I've ever shared & hoping she likes it.

I learned so much. Haven't read his other books , but this one blew me away. I've just finished my second listen. It's because I wanted to be sure to remember everything.
The author reads the book and gets me as excited as he is about all the information. He has a good friendly voice and never once did it occur to me that I wasn't along for the ride, so to speak.
Highly recommend. I have an understanding of life that's new, exciting and wonderful. Oddly, (I'm not a big math fan) but even that mesmerized me! Woohoo!
