Glen and Denny are torn from their families and thrust into a world you have never imagined. They race upon rails of steel, curving through the depths of a different time, chasing adventure, tragedy, crime, violence, friendship, and loyalty. They eventually land in the hands of two groups of hobos. They learn the life. They learn a new code of ethics...and they learn how to hunt down two homicidal monsters in the Hobo Kingdom. The Hobo Kingdom has its own language, rules, and characters. These trains are wild rides where no one is safe.

There Were Several Emotions That Triggered While Writing The Review For This Story...The First Is Distance..I Didn't Appreciate The Way The Author Had Disrespectful Scenes In The Church.. Being That Religion Is Close To My Heart It Left A Very Sour Taste In My Mouth... The Second Emotion Was Skepticism...I Wanted To Believe In The Main Character But Its Hard To Imagine A 28 Year Old Madame..Most Madames Are Much Older So The Mistakes That Were Made That Ensued The Plot Could Have Made The Story More Believable If She Was More Seasoned... The Last And Final Emotion Was Disappointment..The Ending Could Have Made The Reader Look Forward To The Next Book But All It Did Was Make The Character Look Undeveloped... Better Luck Next Time...

Sandi used to sleep with Jimmy, her man. Now she slept with her AK-47 with a detachable scope. Her Bible lay dusty in the cab of the truck. The nightmares of the past years haunted her. Sandi wasn't the fun, happy, busy girl she used to be. The Opposition took what she most held dear. She could still barely stomach the horrifying images in her head. This time, she was not going to let it go.

This is not your average EMP story. Enemies of America use unique weapons that destroyed one-third of the US population in just a few short hours. Journey with Sandi, an average conservative mom, who clings to God and her guns to protect all those she loves. With little time to prepare, most families have only a week's supply of food. Preppers have a bunker. Sandi doesn't have a bunker. Adventure with this housewife as she struggles against danger, adversity, and lawlessness - to survive a new normal.
