The fact that it does what it is expected, to inspire readers on getting and staying motivated is what I love best in this book!

What did you like best about this story?

What I like is the part where the different definition of success is recognized, where it varies for each individual.

What about Wendell Wadsworth’s performance did you like?

As always, he is very clear and his voice will not bore you at all.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The book as a whole is moving and you have to listen to everything that the book tells you to grasp the message and inspire you.

You would definitely enjoy when you something that you listen or read interests you. The topic itself brings the enjoyment that I am looking for and all the content and delivery are big bonuses that adds to that!

What I like best is the explanation of different Chakras and how it affects/works in the body.

Yes I have and this one is no different to other performances I have heard in the past. He narrates clearly as ever and does not sound boring at all.

Healthy Living Wonders!

There are limitless reasons why it is important to have a healthy lifestyle and it is self explanatory. The only thing that hinders one from doing so is having a proper mindset to get that started and continued.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Committed to Wellness, Fitness and a Healthy Lifestyle?

The practical tips and personal experiences that the author shared in this audio book is the most memorable moment, I would say. It is because these are something that us, listeners, can relate to and we can definitely apply.

What about Wendell Wadsworth’s performance did you like?

I like how clear he narrates and doesn't sound boring at all.

What did you learn from Committed to Wellness, Fitness and a Healthy Lifestyle that you would use in your daily life?

What I learned is "you can become your own coach". This definitely explains for itself. You are the captain of your own ship and only you can help yourself be motivated and get what you really want.

Yes I would recommend the book. All people have that pessimistic side that hinders goal motivation and would love to make sure that my friends will also realize the same things I did with the help of the book.

My most favorite part is when James, the Narrator, explains and convinces the listener to why and how this book can help.

Yes, I find the audiobook better as I don't have to read. All I have to do is listen and do other stuff.

Where does Weight Loss Motivation for Men and Women, Volume 1 rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It is the first audiobook that talks about weight loss motivation I have read and I consider it to always stay on top because the satisfaction is there and there doesn't seem to be a need for another motivation book after this one.

Wendell Wadsworth is like a psychologist as he determines, explains and resorts to a good motivational talk.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It just actually opened my eyes to "what is" and "what has" when it comes to weight loss and how you could overcome the second thoughts of getting it done.
