Every plot element that I've read in all other books are in this. single woman with painful past, love triangle, spunky grandma , magical trees, pets who save the day, etc. Yawn

The story was a little slow and boring, but the characters were still fun.

The Miss Fortune series is a much better series.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Magic fanatics

Would you ever listen to anything by Bailey Cates again?

Probably no

What didn’t you like about Amy Rubinate’s performance?

bad voice acting

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

no

Any additional comments?

This book was a copy of all the best mystery cozy themes. If you combine magic and cooking with a mystery it's a hit right? Well only if your the first to do it. This was just an unorginal copy of what other successful authors have done.
