Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

YES. This is a real, simple and highly effective methodology to healing (yourself and others). And what's better is that it does not stop at healing alone!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes but don't believe it should be done that way. Your brain has to digest this methodology and then take in a little more, and a little more, until you have finished dining with your mind.

Poor, elementry storyline. I was not impressed; felt I wasted my time thinking it would get better-- it didn't.
