Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Johanna Parker is a wonderful story teller and brings the characters to life

Who was your favorite character and why?

Eric. He is so charismatic and funny. Also he is unbelieving handsome.

What about Johanna Parker’s performance did you like?

SHe has Sookie's and Arelene's voices down pat; at least in my opinion.

Who was the most memorable character of Club Dead and why?

Eric is always my fav, yet Russell is magnetic.

If you could sum up The Witching Hour in three words, what would they be?

I love The Witching Hour. I heard a rumor a while back that there might be a series, but have yet to see it produced. The unabridged just left out too much detail.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Witching Hour?

Rowan's first sexual moment with Lasher and the moment she has her child and Michael walks in confronting Rowan and Michael.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

Yes, but I did not like the narrator too much.

If you could take any character from The Witching Hour out to dinner, who would it be and why?

Julian, because he is powerful and seems to know all. Plus he is a delight.

Would you try another book from Jude Deveraux and/or J. Smith-Cameron?

I loved this book when I was younger. The abridged version just takes out to much of the story. It's a great story and I would love to see a movie made of the book, but we need an unabridged version of the book.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Remembrance?

When Callie and Talis were the center of the story. That part is my favorite. The characters seem so real and one can almost hate John Hadly and Alita.

What about J. Smith-Cameron’s performance did you like?

She does a great performance. She changes her voice well to fit the mood and scene.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Breath of Snow and Ashes continues the saga of 18th-century Scotsman Jamie Fraser and his 20th-century, time-traveling wife, Claire. The year is 1772, and the rift between Britain and its American colonies has put a frightening word into the minds of all concerned: revolution. In the backwoods of North Carolina, violence has already reared its ugly head, as cabins have been burned to the ground. To preserve the colony for King George III, the governor pleads with Jamie to bring the people together and restore peace. But Jamie has the burden of knowing that war cannot be avoided.
