This is the only audible book that I listened continuously with few holds and halts.

Mel Robbins coaching style made a massive impact to each and every person she talked with in this audio. I am a coach and I truly saw how she listened and took those story where she saw the root of the problems they are encountering and being able to unleash the new chapter that each of them want in their lives. I highly highly recommend this audio if you struggle at ANY areas of your life!

I love how the book is so simplified and gives examples! I am a coach and I've been struggling a lot on how to deal with coaching the ghost! I found the answers in this book! A must read! I finished the whole book in 5 hours! Ready to re-immerse myself!
