I've been a student a long time, and what makes a good presenter is someone who loves with their presenting on and you can feel their passion and it's infectious. this book was highly enjoyable but not so scientifically crazy that you got lost in the message. I learned a ton and really enjoyed it

it's a good book, I had a great time following the story. the characters are great and well-developed but it does follow the traditional fantasy romance action plot. thats why only 3 stars. I do really enjoy those plot type books and I liked reading this story, the dystopian World the author created was definitely unique and worth the read. Its like a good hallmark movie, you enjoy the action and humor but its not getting the academy award for best picture. recommend it.

I really enjoyed this book. Because while it was a traditional sci-fi fantasy adventure with a little bit of romance. It also had a great world and fun tie-ins ( at least they seemed that way to me) to Mongul culture which I really enjoyed. highly recommend for a fun read/listen

so this book took me longer to read than the Martian. I loved the Martian, I enjoyed this book. the main characters choices were frustrating to me. Because of that I didn't always like her, but she was perfect for the book and the story. I would strongly recommend this book.

an excellent rainy cold gross day read. fun story, funny characters. main character isn't perfect and irritating. romance isn't a huge part but it helps the story. I enjoyed it and recommend it

So I've read this book probably 10 to 15 times and I was excited to see it on Audible. I clearly love the story and I can't say enough about it. However the narrator told the story in a style that didn't work for me. She Americanized the pronunciation of Marquis (instead of Mar-key she pronounced it as Mar-quiss) which drove me crazy the entire book. and she talks very slow. These are preference things and I could work around the talking very slow by speeding up the book (I recommend x1.25). So overall I'd say give this book a shot
