This is the best beginner’s Spanish audiobook I have ever seen. It moves on to most used words and phrases along with pronunciations. Then verbs, regular and irregular. It doesn’t get much into sentence construction or grammar, but if you learn everything in this book, you will have a good grip of Spanish.

This book offers a great framework for the Keto diet, but some of the info/opinion is a little over the top. For example, there's no scientific evidence that would support GMO foods being harmful to human health or organic produce being any healthier, so I question the author's scientific literacy

Benjamin Franklin was a Founding Father of America and had an enormous impact on America as it is today. In addition to that, there are many little-known facts about the man who is Benjamin Franklin. Unlike many of the other Founding Fathers, he started out in humble circumstances. From a young age, Benjamin Franklin fought for the rights of America at home and abroad. Yet, he bore the burdens of leadership and never shirked nor faltered in his mission. His greatest asset was his charm and friendliness, but he had his detractors as well and felt the emotional impact of that.

This is an incredibly well written account of whom, I consider, to be the most important and influential Founding Father that shaped the America that we know today. This is an excellent read for anyone interested in early American history, the Founding Fathers, or Franklin the scientist, inventor, philosopher, statesman, and writer.

As a therapist I am always looking for good resource books, and this one is great. The work it's self has all the important information about CBT and how to practice CBT. It does get a little infomercial like at first touting how great CBT is at times which feels more like a product sell rather than objective scientific report.

Explore the captivating history of Hammurabi. The story of Hammurabi is the story of 43 years jam-packed with conquest, temple- and wall-building, irrigation efforts, and lawmaking, but it’s also a story of broken relations and rising and falling empires. It’s a story of betrayal and shifting alliances, a story where even the gods take a backseat to the matters of common men. It’s a tale that’s both thousands of years old and, interestingly enough, just as contemporary as it was when Hammurabi still drew breath.

This book is full of information on the Vikings. The book is wordy which is something I was looking for in a history book. The more info the better in a history book. The words are a little small but it wasn't enough to detract from the overall rating or quality of this book.
