The author suggests daily use, but so far I get results from my intermittent use. I don't always fall asleep during the time I'm listening, but that doesn't seem to matter. After I do go to sleep, I get the rest I need. I highly recommend it.

Lost weight and didn't feel deprived. I did drink my coffee everyday and went "off diet" a few times with some sweet things. Will try for another month and stick to food list exactly except for coffee.

I used this book with my son and he was sleeping through the night at 18 weeks and has been an amazing sleeper ever since. Great advice and a good reference for schedules. I always recommend this book to new moms.
