Yet another enjoyable story line delivered via a lively performance. The characters came to life and jumped from the pages. Onto the 3rd book in this series

I have really enjoyed this series; but while I think the actor is gifted, his voices and inflections were not consistent with the characters. Andrew was read a little mousy, while his character is pugnacious. The Duke's voice was high pitched. making him sound shrill and petulant. vs the man who is one of the most powerful men in England and who wears that power as comfortably and casually as he does his skin.

When you listen to this audiobook, you will make many assumptions. You will assume you are listening to a story about a jealous ex-wife. You will assume she is obsessed with her replacement - a beautiful, younger woman who is about to marry the man they both love. You will assume you know the anatomy of this tangled love triangle. Assume nothing. Twisted and deliciously chilling, The Wife Between Us exposes the secret complexities of an enviable marriage - and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love.

I have really enjoyed this book. There is plenty of action, and I am an avid boxing fan, so that appealed as well. I appreciated the focal point being the relationship between the hero and heroine vs just steamy sex. All in all a great read! I do look forward to the rest of the series.
