Club owner Serena Bennet has been in love with Tyson Leigh for years. Too bad he sees her only as his best friend's kid sister. She's never had a problem getting what she wants, but when it comes Tyson, she morphs into a clumsy mess. All she wants is for him to see her as more than his best friend's sister. Good thing her cousin, Micha, has just the cure. Nothing a killer pair of stilettos and a little sass can't fix.

Because this is a continuation from the 3-book Stiletto series it would be a huge appreciation if the narrator would pronounce Micha's name the same as the prior (pronouncing it as Micah, especially since she's one of the main character)! Other than that the story itself is great, the story line and flow does not disappoint. Still love Nana Malone!

FBI agent Justice West helped save his sister-in-law from a crazy clergyman. He is now on his way to meet his destiny, he just doesn't know it yet. While sucked into a vortex of secret societies and church mafia, Justice finds a rose in the middle of the desert by the name of Cadence Miller. Like Sidney, Cadence is the target of jealous church leaders who are more interested in her gift than the Creator who gave it to her. She meets Justice at a time when her vulnerability could make her lose sight of what's really important.

I love the series, but the women who was speaking made this story almost unbearable. Her "southern" accent was killing me softly. It's not get fault I guess, but I always understood the main characters to be African American and she wasn't doing them any justice.
