While the core message of this book has a good message, it is pretty obvious for anyone with values. The rest of the book seemed like a self promotion and need for self validation. While I’m sure Dale’s company does lots of good, I think the focus should be more about other companies and their story. Overall, I would only recommend you read/listen to this book if you’re brand new to the business world and need to be aligned with the right path of always putting people over profit.

Very deep and enlightening experience. Incredible how this book has been kept from the public for over 70 years and many of the principles can resonate in today’s world. Highly recommend it for the open minded.

The message is good with many good points. However, the reader is hard to keep up with and seems in a hurry where inflection and pause would allow the message to better resonate. This is probably more enjoyable in hardcover print.

So I have about 190 Audible books in my library and this is my first full review. While there are so many books telling you what we can do to achieve greatness, this book provides a tool that truly works. I first tried it to get up in the morning to workout, and I literally was able because of this simple yet powerful tool. I highly recommend this to anyone who overthinks things and ends up not taking action. Thank you Mel, I will be passing this along.
