Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

The story of Artemis is less lonely than the Martian, but equally impressive considering the basic knowledge involved in aspects concerning living in a low gravity environment like the moon. Andy Weir is a great narrator and the story of Artemis really sucks you in.

What made everyrhing come to life was the simply singular performance of Rosario Dawson. The way she accents Jasmins moods and character, and the way she provides color to every single character in the book, is simply amazing.

Entirely worth the experience!

the story by Stephenson was amazing, and I am truly sad the story is over. I would not have minded him describing some intermediate stages in some more detail to stretch it a bit, but probably his choice to jump 5000 years ahead in one go is for the better.

peter brooke made the characters of the story stand out, and kept suspense in his way of narrating. very well done!
