The book downloaded in complete disarray. It started at chapter 10 went to chapter 20 jumped back to chapter 1 through 9 then jumped to chapter 40 to the end then jumped back to chapter 30! I didn’t even realize it had jumped to chapter 40 until I reached he end! I obviously missed quite a bit. Good story though. I downloaded it a couple of times at the beginning, but it downloaded the same every time. I guess I should inform audible.

This narrator is terrible! Her inflection is horrible and she mispronounces words left and right. It’s like nails on a chalkboard. It tells you how good the story is that I listened past the first 5 minutes.

How could the performance have been better?

The narrator is HORRIBLE. I gave up on it initially. I went back and stuck with it despite the narrator. PLEASE find a better narrator!!!!! Her pronunciation is terrible. She can't do character voices. Her inflection is practically non existant. I could find no saving graces with this narrator.
