When I stumbled into a Mafia-run club seeking a job, I was looking for protection. Little did I know I’d need protection from him. Conor O’Callahan was exactly the kind of danger I was trying to avoid. He was gorgeous as sin with an accent hotter than Hades, but that’s where the charm ended. He was also cynical, cold, and downright cranky. You could imagine my surprise when he gave me a proposition: marry him or lose my life.

Although I have not read all the other Boston Underworld books, this book is my favorite of the ones I have. These two are put in an impossible situation and yet they are able to find love and perfection with it. There is plenty of angst and times that you will be on your toes trying to figure out what happens. The characters are absolutely amazing and with the narration you feel like you are right there with them. Great book!

This is the perfect book that shows sometimes you have to go through something hard to get what you need. Because of a heartbreaking situation Desi finds herself single and without a job. When she finds her new job little does she know she will find her hea. I loved these two characters together. They are the perfect half of each other and I can see their future full of many happy times. Great book with just as great narration that pulled you in for the ride.

A perfect ending to this series! I was so happy to see that Cynthia would finally be getting her HEA, and her mate was just perfect for her. The love and protection Cal has for her is fierce and unyielding and as certain secrets are found out, it is unreal just how much. I think these two may be my favorite couple out of all of them (even though I think that after each book since Anna just gets better every time) and am super excited to check out her next series.

This is a perfect addition to this series. This book can be read as a stand-alone, but I feel you should still read the first one as well because it is just as good. The pain and confusion that the twins go through is difficult to hear at times, but their mate is stronger than they think. This is the perfect relationship with these characters and couldn’t have imagined a more perfect fitting.
Narration on this book was just as good as the first. Gwen adds the perfect southern charm to her characters.

Wow! This book is so interesting to listen to. The way magic is described and the uniqueness of Scout’s abilities is amazing to listen to. I really hope that she and Gunner are able to find their way together and hopefully find out what she is missing in her memories about her childhood.

Narration was phenomenal! The way Meghan does so many different voices seamlessly is beyond amazing. I always knew who was talking at any given time and the emotions she can put into the character’s words are so realistic you feel like you are right there to see it yourself.

This is the perfect book if you are looking for a clean romance with a bit of mystery as well. I loved watching these two get to know each other while stumbling over each other’s progress at the same time. I was able to figure out the mystery before it was revealed, but loved listening to how they found out what was going on. This book was fun to listen to and I will be having to go back to listen to the previous books in this series in the future.

I have never read a book with this kind of concept and have to say I am happy I tried it out. How the great beyond was created was such a sad story because of a mistake but eventually it was able to work its way out. The characters in this book had so much depth and listening you felt like you were there right along with them. I really enjoyed listening to this book and can’t wait to see what comes next in the mid series.

Robert "Dent" Hernandez is a US marshal bent on bringin’ ’em in, preferably upright in the saddle, but draped across it works, too. Less interested in justice than revenge, he uses the badge as a license to hunt for his father’s killers. When an arrest goes wrong and he’s temporarily remanded to quaint Evergreen, Wyoming, to act as interim sheriff, he writhes over the delay to his plans. That is, until he meets the very pretty but suspiciously jittery schoolteacher. What is she so afraid of?

This book is such a sweet story that will have a few twists in it to keep you entertained. A clean romance with some religion in it, but not so much to shove it in your face. The perfect amount of faith, trust and strength to get through to the other side of tragedy. I really enjoyed these two characters and was happy to see they found their HEA.
Narration on this book was fantastic! It always amazes me how a female narrator can do a man’s voice so perfectly.

This books has so much pain in it that you can’t help but feel it along with Laya. A story that although fiction, you know that it can and does happen in real life when involved with some cults. This is a story about strength and conviction to move beyond what has broken you. Laya is such a strong character and with the help of three amazing men she is able to overcome so much. A very good listen!

Wow! This is my first book in this series but am absolutely in love. The struggles these two had to overcome in this book are very realistic things in life and to see their strength to push through was nothing less but amazing. I am so happy to see that they finally get the HEA and hope to see more of them in the other books of this series.
