Sarah's been reduced to being the girl with the crazy mom, a reputation that's not likely to increase her chances of landing her dream promotion at the resort across the bay. Especially with the new competition. Ben is an attractive, sophisticated, and savvy businessman, clearly there to destroy her chances of getting the job. Her luck couldn't be worse. Benjamin Rothschild has come to the popular upscale resort strictly for business. There to evaluate Sarah for a new position, he can't help being drawn in by her.

Love Jill Sanders and this series but it is very distracting when there are so many repetitions of the same line that were obviously meant to be edited out. Whoever the audio editor for this series was definitely didn’t do his/her job.

Almost all her friends are married now, and that's what Eve wants, too. Love. A husband and kids of her own. But the B and B she manages-and even Whiskey Creek, the small Gold Country town where she was born and raised-suddenly seem - confining. Eve is worried that her future will simply be a reflection of her past. There's no one in the area she could even imagine as a husband - until a handsome stranger comes to town.

I wish they'd had someone double-check the Narrator's pronunciation of actual town names. Placerville was mispronounced multiple times and it was a bit distracting, each time.
