- Finding Peace When Pets Die
- By: Jon Katz
- Narrated by: Tom Stechschulte
- Length: 3 hrs and 15 mins
From Old Yeller to Marley and Me, pet owners been bombarded over the years by emotionally wrenching stories that border on melodramatic and exploitive. In Going Home, Katz strikes a unique balance, giving readers a sentimental yet remarkably grounded guide to dealing with the passing of our canine friends.

Total waste of my money
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
This book is for someone who likes animals, not someone who loves them and counts them as part of the family.
Would you ever listen to anything by Jon Katz again?
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Tom Stechschulte?
The narrator was fine.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disappointment and anger...as a vet tech I would never want this so called animal lover to bring an animal to my clinic.
Any additional comments?
Total waste of my $

From the moment Sarvey Wildlife Care Center volunteer Jeff Guidry saw the emaciated baby eagle with broken wings, his life was changed. The Care and Feeding of Stray Vampires
- By: Molly Harper
- Narrated by: Amanda Ronconi
- Length: 9 hrs and 10 mins
Iris Scanlon, Half-Moon Hollow's only daytime vampire concierge, knows more about the undead than she'd like. Running all their daylight errands - from letting in the plumber to picking up some chilled O neg - gives her a look at the not-so-glamorous side of vampire life. Her rules are strict; relationships with vamps are strictly business, not friendship - and certainly not anything else. But then she finds her newest client, Cal, poisoned on his kitchen floor, and only Iris can help.
Once again this should have disclaimers

- One Reluctant Adult's Attempt to Unarrest Her Arrested Development; Or, Why It's Never Too Late for Her Dumb Ass to Learn Why Froot Loops Are Not for Dinner
- By: Jen Lancaster
- Narrated by: Jen Lancaster
- Length: 7 hrs and 55 mins
In Such a Pretty Fat, Jen Lancaster learned how to come to terms with her body. In My Fair Lazy, she expanded her mind. Now, the New York Times best-selling author gives herself - and her generation - a kick in the X, by facing her greatest challenge to date: acting her age. Jen is finally ready to put away childish things (except her Barbie Styling Head, of course) and embrace the investment-making, mortgage-carrying, life insurance-having adult she's become.
Jen Lancaster does it again!
