Hounded by the tabloid media, driven from his self-made sanctuary at Neverland, Michael Jackson spent his final years moving from city to city, living with his three children in virtual seclusion - a futile attempt to escape a world that wouldn’t leave him alone. During that time, two men served as the singer’s personal security team: Bill Whitfield, a former cop and veteran of the security profession, and Javon Beard, a brash, untested rookie, both single fathers themselves. Stationed at his side nearly 24/7, their job was to see and hear everything that transpired.

What did you love best about Remember the Time?

Their dedication to Michael and willingness to face the backlash of writing this book, simply to get out the truth!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Remember the Time?

All of it! So thankful that Michael and his children had these amazing men in their lives, but sad that so many people tried to keep them away. :(

Any additional comments?

Thank you to everyone that helped make this book happen, and thank you Audible for putting it in my recommendations! A MUST read for any true Jackson fan!

They call me the Spider. I'm the most feared assassin in the South -- when I'm not busy at the Pork Pit cooking up the best barbecue in Ashland. As a Stone elemental, I can hear everything from the whispers of the gravel beneath my feet to the vibrations of the soaring Appalachian Mountains above me. My Ice magic also comes in handy for making the occasional knife. But I don't use my powers on the job unless I absolutely have to. Call it professional pride.

Any additional comments?

I have over 400 audio books (mostly series) and it's getting increasingly difficult to find a new series that I enjoy. I have quite a few "first" books marked in my list as "ok, could read if really need something new". It's not very often I find an established series that I truly enjoy! I love this one! I can't really explain why, but I'm on book 5 of the series now and have enjoyed every moment of the first four. Thank you!!
