I love how these muffin recipes are created to come up with a healthy and delicious breakfast. Not only that it is a delightful treat that you can eat on-the-go but it is also a guilt-free treat. Eating these muffins will not give you extra weight yet it will keep you energized until your next meal. These muffin recipes made baking fun and easy because the steps are simple and easy to follow especially when it is your first time to bake. Although I haven't tried all of the recipes yet, I am sure that these are all mouth-watering. (I can tell it by just looking at the ingredients.)

Definitely the best and only diet for me. This is the only diet that I can truly lose weight quickly without being miserable. I lose 2-3 pounds a week doing this.

Full of useful tips on how to improve your confidence for the rest of your life. Interesting theme and use of words to grab attention in some places. It helped me to realize that everything doesn't have to be perfect to be good enough. I also liked the learn by doing approach. I would recommend this book to everyone who use being shy as an excuse to avoid doing something.
