I just finished listen the book and have already implemented some of the suggestions offered and there have already been HUGE improvements in our home life and both of our overall happiness! Highly recommend this book for anyone who loves someone with ADHD.

I can't think of a better book out there to help manage anxiety. My personal social anxieties are now in the past. I used to be afraid of speaking out in the crowd, but now I'm much better. Read this book, and you'll be surprised by the wealth of information it contains, and through it, you'll be better equipped to manage your social anxieties. Trust the numerous positive reviews this book as received. Everyone cannot be a liar.

Although I believe there is no holy grail as to how to put your baby to sleep, this book offers some insight to understand patterns you are (or aren't setting) with your baby. It's a super quick read, and has specific sections for your age baby. I ordered this book one night on Amazon after a terrible few days of sleep with my own baby. I didn't know where I would find the time to read this book, but after a few nights I found I was able to get a lot out of this book in a quick amount of time. I think it's worth the money. And, as someone who believes that it's not natural for children to "cry it out" this book is great because it gives you lots of tools to find a gentle plan that works for you and your family.

As I begin my meditation practice, this guide has been helpful in breaking meditation into smaller pieces to work towards my final goal of a regular practice. It takes time to develop a good habit that is long lasting. There are lots of tips to vary your practice to make it more meaningful. Great go to book!
