I always like Karen Kingsbury books. she has a way of writing about heartache and overcoming things by faith. The story stalled in a few places. But, eventually picked up.

I had the fortunate luck to hear Patti speak at a conference. She speaks with Passion about the culture of an organization and how it impacts over all business results. Every person in a position of leadership should read this book.
