Life is good for Jesse "The Lord" Ward. Perfect, actually. He still has the charm, he's in great shape, and he still reduces his wife, Ava, to a pool of desire with a mere look. He's in full control, just how he likes it. But Jesse's perfect world falls apart when a terrible accident lands Ava in the hospital with a life-threatening head injury.

Every single one of her books is a masterful combination of emotions, humor, mystery, suspense and satisfaction. This 4th book in the “This Man” series is no exception. It was perfect. I really hope that she continues with these characters as Ava and Jesse’s kids come of age and go out on their own. This author is an automatic download worth more than a single credit.

The follow-up to the runaway bestsellers On Dublin Street and Down London Road. Despite her outgoing demeanor, Olivia is painfully insecure around the opposite sex - usually, she can't get up the nerve to approach guys she's interested in. But moving to Edinburgh has given her a new start, and, after she develops a crush on a sexy postgrad, she decides it's time to push past her fears and go after what she wants. Nate Sawyer is a gorgeous player who never commits, but to his close friends, he's as loyal as they come.

Total waste of a credit. I kept waiting for the story to get better but it never did. There was barely any plot and barely any character development. I would return it but I finished the listen thinking that it must get better soon and then it was over.
