I've had many moments in my lifetime, moments that changed me, challenged me. Moments that scared me and engulfed me. However, the biggest ones - the most heartbreaking and breathtaking ones - all included him. I was 10 years old when I lost my voice. A piece of me was stolen away, and the only person who could truly hear my silence was Brooks Griffin. He was the light during my dark days, the promise of tomorrow, until tragedy found him. Tragedy that eventually drowned him in a sea of memories.

Absolutely loved it! The trauma that the characters go through felt very real. I was there, right with them. What a book! I will be reading/audio more books by Cherry.

I have no words to describe what I’m feeling right now. OMG it’s what I can come up with at this very moment. The roller coaster of emotions that made me take a look at life from Archer’s point of view was bittersweet. The love that Sheridan puts into each word to make us understand the characters hurt, left me on the brink of tears. You can vividly picture the intense heat between them and the story telling was very well executed by the narrators. It was a win-win for me when I finish the audiobook in less than 48 hrs!

Rivers Young was the popular, untouchable guy. He was like a star: bright, consuming, and otherworldly. The thing about stars, though, is that they eventually fall - and Rivers was no different. He fell far, and he fell hard.

I was doing so good right up till the epilogue. This book is definitely a tearjerker and is not a HEA per se, but it does have closure. You can’t help but to smile while a tear drops down your cheek. The books has its moments and Parker does a beautiful job bringing the pages to life. The banter between Rivers and Delilah is funny, sarcastic and the romances that they live for one another, endured long after the stars faded. If you are a fan of John Green, you would absolutely love this book!

At fifteen I fell in love. His name was Jake Stephens and he took the abandoned, lonely girl I had been and made me whole. His love was a pure and unconditional love that made every day better than the last; a fairy tale of my very own. But this story isn't about Jake. It's about Abel Madden; the man I meet after the fairy tale goes to hell. A cocky, arrogant man who says what he wants, does as he pleases, and makes no excuses for it. He irritates me--downright pisses me off at times--but he also brings me back to life.

What else is needed?! This book was hot! Definitely intended for mature audience. The story was so heartfelt that it had me gasping for air and to feel the pain each character carried was mind blowing. The tragedy that Sydney had to endure and the symbol Jake represented for her, was emotionally crippling. But, there is a HEA and the chemistry that Able brought had me swooning. The only reason I gave the performance 2 stars was because the female voice that portrayed Sydney was a bit annoying. I came very close to just not finishing the audio book but Abel’s voice kept me going, it would’ve been 1 start otherwise.

In fifth grade my teacher set us up with pen pals from a different school. Thinking I was a girl, with a name like Misha, the other teacher paired me up with her student Ryen. My teacher, believing Ryen was a boy like me, agreed. It didn't take long for us to figure out the mistake. And in no time at all, we were arguing about everything. The best take-out pizza. Android vs. iPhone. Whether or not Eminem is the greatest rapper ever. For the next seven years, it was us. She's the only one who keeps me on track, talks me down, and accepts everything I am.

If this would’ve been my very first book by West, I would’ve absolutely loved it but, I wasn’t and I didn’t. The story had some merit and the performance by Bouvard kept me going. Overall I did enjoy the book enough to finish it, I was a very light read and the romance was PG. West is a very talented writer and I’m looking forward to read/listen to more books from her.

So many of us take for granted our freedom and all the men and women that sacrifice their life to give us that. This audio book shows how hard it is for those that make it back, broken, hurt and defeated, and what can be accomplished by truly trusting and giving in to love and forgiveness. Warren and Holland bring to life the pain and joy of all these emotions with every word they read and with every breath they take, they paint a perfect picture for the audience to feel EVERYTHING. The audio book is tasteful in crafting the tenderness love and even the roughness of it comes out as part of the healing progress. It made me smile, blush and swoon! I will be reading more books from this author, I loved it!

"Cemetery Girl" (CG) and "The Dark" (TD) made my heart flood with anxiety, anger, it was broken but ultimately they picked it back up and put it back together, Pressley and Heybourne performance was more than what I expected! Through their voice, I felt the pain of losing someone so intensely and the joy of being able to forgive those that hurt us, even when they are no longer with us. Declan's (TD) bad boy persona melts way when you discover why he is the way he is and Juliet's (CG) emotions help him realize he is worth every effort. We make our own path, we are the masters of our fate and the captain of our souls. This is my first audible from Kemmerer and it surely will not be my last!

Can we talk about LJ and Peter some more please!!! I have never been so into a book series since LOTR, I’m a Ringer, yeah don’t judge, :) they are so cute together! I really enjoyed my self, I wish Han would write the next book on LJ and Peter during their college years. I would definitely read/audiobook that! Overall all 3 books are a good read, it made me laugh and blush and kept me cheering for them both. Being a teen and in high school can be overwhelming at times but LJ handles herself beautifully, never losing respect for her and her heritage. I definitely connected with her values and personality. I would surely let my daughter read it some day. It touches on various “hard” topics that parents maybe be to shy to go over with their kids. I am looking forward to my next Jenny Han work!
