It was whispered all through London society that he was a murderer, that he'd spent his youth in an asylum and was not to be trusted - especially with a lady. Any woman caught in his presence was immediately ruined. Yet Beth found herself inexorably drawn to the Scottish lord whose hint of a brogue wrapped around her like silk and whose touch could draw her into a world of ecstasy.

Loved this story. It keeps you on the edge of your seat until the end wondering what is going to happen next. I found 1 inconsistency when Warren tells the main character that by becoming her sister she will be protected because her father works for the shadow clan and as such her sister would be off-limits. yet the shadow clan attacked her sister twice, killing her the second time. other than that it is a well put together story that ,ain't Ainsworth your interest. you become attached to the main character routing for her through her trials and tribulations. the narrator is very good and makes for a smothered listen

Delivering a rare book to a valued customer is definitely part of mild-mannered archivist Anna Whitfield's job description. You know what isn't? Protecting her precious cargo from midflight theft by the very pilot who is flying her to Half-Moon Hollow...while trying to appear as unappetizing as possible to the only other passenger, a vampire. Undead bookstore owner Jane Jameson could be waiting a very long time for her book. Possibly forever.

Ever notice that sometimes a guy will do something really stupid, like let the love of his life slip through his fingers? Yeah. I'm that guy. But the instant I run into her again I've got one goal and one goal only—a second chance. The plan? Go big or go home. Fine, at first glance, stripping naked at my ex-girlfriend's place of work might not seem like the brightest way to win her heart again. But trust me on this count—she always liked me best without any clothes on. And sometimes you've got to play to your strengths when you're fighting an uphill battle.

I found these two whinny and overthinking. I really didn't care for their angst and and constant analysis of their relationship. Do people really do this? I felt sorry for the narrators who had to read this sap. Unless you enjoy stories where the hero and heroine spend 90% of the book analyzing their feelings this is not for you.

I met Bianca in an elevator. She was on her way to interview me when we got stuck. The beautiful raven-haired reporter assumed I was a delivery guy because of the way I was dressed. She had no clue I was really Dex Truitt, the wealthy, successful businessman she'd dubbed "Mister Moneybags" - her afternoon appointment. Bianca told me how much she hated Dex's type - snobby, over-educated, silver-spooned men who didn't appreciate the simple things in life.

What did you love best about Broken Prince?

I loved combined story telling between Reed and Ella's perspectives as well as the use of both a male and femal reader. Enjoyed the way the author exposed us to the various trials and obsticles the main characters face through their thoughts and words.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Broken Prince?

Ella and Easton discovering Guidion's affair with Steve's wife, their reaction to it and ultimately Ella finding out from Reed about Guidion being blackmailed and her decision to share the information with Easton because she is tired of all the secrets.

What about Angela Goethals and Zachary Webber ’s performance did you like?

Angela and Zachary's voices complement each other and really make the story come to life. They express the emotions of each character.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Once again I could not put the book down. Each plot twist is more interesting than the next. The book is well written and continues in the same story telling fashion as the first. Ella is a fascinating main character with the guts to stand up to bulling. She is an excellent roll model for young girls.

These Royals will ruin you...Ella Harper is a survivor - a pragmatic optimist. She's spent her whole life moving from town to town with her flighty mother, struggling to make ends meet and believing that someday she'll climb out of the gutter. After her mother's death, Ella is truly alone. Until Callum Royal appears, plucking Ella out of poverty and tossing her into his posh mansion among his five sons who all hate her. Each Royal boy is more magnetic than the last, but none as captivating as Reed Royal, the boy who is determined to send her back to the slums.
