While I thought I thought I could see where this book was going the story was so good I couldn't wait for Lisa Jewell to finish telling it. The story is told from each of main characters which made it very interesting. Don't jump to to many conclusions... I'm thinking I'm ready to listen to it again.

This was a good story, but I was disappointed with the who in the who dunnit. It's apparent from the start that Ruth is being railroaded and it's sad that justice for her kids wasn't a priority. This book was loosely comes from a real crime... I want to read the book on that crime.

Loved this book it offered a lot of twists and turns. The author started with the ending in the first few pages and sent the rest of the time explaining how we got there. I felt like I wanted to re-listen to the beginning to see if I missed something. this was a great book.

When you listen to this audiobook, you will make many assumptions. You will assume you are listening to a story about a jealous ex-wife. You will assume she is obsessed with her replacement - a beautiful, younger woman who is about to marry the man they both love. You will assume you know the anatomy of this tangled love triangle. Assume nothing. Twisted and deliciously chilling, The Wife Between Us exposes the secret complexities of an enviable marriage - and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love.

Lyra's story begins in the Haven Institute, a building tucked away on a private island off the coast of Florida that from a distance looks serene and even beautiful. But up close, the locked doors, military guards, and biohazard suits tell a different story. In truth Haven is a clandestine research facility where thousands of replicas, or human models, are born, raised, and observed. When a surprise attack is launched on Haven, two of its young experimental subjects - Lyra, or 24, and the boy known only as 72 - manage to escape.

Like an urban Dian Fossey, Wednesday Martin decodes the primate social behaviors of Upper East Side mothers in a brilliantly original and witty memoir about her adventures assimilating into that most secretive and elite tribe. After marrying a man from the Upper East Side and moving to the neighborhood, Wednesday Martin struggled to fit in. Drawing on her background in anthropology and primatology, she tried looking at her new world through that lens, and suddenly things fell into place.
