They call him The Mute for a reason. Hard, cold, and calculated, he rarely speaks. When he does, it's with disdain. When he does, his words aren't meant for me. When he does, my stomach flips and my world tilts on its axis. He is 33. I am 18. He's a single dad and my father's business partner. I'm just a kid to him and his enemy's daughter. He's emotionally unavailable. And I am...feeling. Feeling things I shouldn't feel for him. Trent Rexroth is going to break my heart. The writing isn't just on the wall, it's inked on my soul.

This was my first story by this author and I’m so thrilled with it! It was beautiful, and exciting, and a little suspenseful. I loved that both of these characters were bent, not broken, and I loved even more the way they saved each other.

This story was by turns heartbreaking (gah, I wasn’t sure if I was even going to survive the beginning!), steamy, redemptive, slightly mystical, and deeply romantic. Also? Scotland. I will never not love Scotland.

Speaking of, the narration is wonderful, and I loved that it included the brogue, though - full disclosure - it took me a bit to get used to it and I didn’t understand everything right away. Eventually my ears adapted and I loved every minute after that!

This was a fantastic auditory experience and I will certainly be back for more!

My name is Jason Hart. As the best defensive lineman in the country, I eat, sleep, and breathe football. That is, until I have a random meeting with a little boy that just lost his father. We have more in common than you might think and it creates an unlikely bond. As our friendship grows, so do my feelings for his mother. I know Addison, as a recent widow, isn't ready to date again. But I want to get to know her better in spite of all her rejections. Is it possible that I, a self-proclaimed bachelor, could be having a Change of Hart?

I’m not sure what I was expecting with this book, but whatever I’m expectations were, they were completely exceeded.

I am a huge sucker for football romance, so this one was right up my alley. I wasn’t expecting it to dig into my emotions the way it did, or to be so incredibly adorable. Every single character was lovable, and the writing was engaging and relatable. I fell into the story immediately and I loved every swoony minute of it!

Jacob Morgan and Kirsten Leigh nail the narration and the listening experience was flawless. Definitely recommend this heartwarming sports romance!

Laced with a hefty dose of suspense and mystery, MIA Sheridan has crafted a sweeping love story that hit all my sweet spots.

It starts off with a bang. Brace your hearts, y’all because they’re in for some bruises. But for every punch it packs, this story also heals. It’s filled with hope and plenty of sweet, sweet emotion.

It’s also beautifully and flawlessly narrated. It was easy to get sucked into the story, the voices completely fitting for the characters.

In all? An absolute 5 Star hit. Original, emotional, and ultimately so so satisfying. Definitely don’t hesitate to pick this one up!

I really had my doubts about the premise of this story as I went into it. But I should have had more faith in Lauren Layne. Where I had feared I might have a problem buying into this forbidden romance, I found I had no trouble at all. It helped that Jackson and Molly were extremely likable. I felt like the touchy pieces were handled with care and so, my concerns on back-burner, I was able to completely enjoy this smart, witty, adorable love story.

A skilled criminal. A beautiful liar. A bully and a savior, a monster and a lover. Ten years ago, he made me run away from the small town where we lived. Now, he came for me in New York, and he isn't leaving until he takes me with him.

This was my third Mariana Zapata audible experience, and it was every bit as addicting as the others - and a little hotter to boot. The narrator in this books is somehow perfect for every story, even though the stories themselves are so vastly different. She’s wonderful and makes the listening experience just flawless.

On top of that, the story itself is pretty perfect in its own right. Ms. Zapata knows how to write chemistry. I feel it like an actual burn in my belly that ignites my heart and leaves me a little breathless and emotional when all is said and done. This story was intense, dead sexy, and absolutely fan-freaking-tastic.

I have to admit that a story centering around a men’s magazine didn’t really get me all excited to read it (or listen, as the case may be). But this series came highly recommended to me and so I decided it was time to see if it lives up to the hype. And, guess what? IT TOTALLY DOES!

I was sucked into this story immediately. It took me a little time to adjust to the narrator, but by the end of the book I felt like she was perfect for this story. The romance is sweet and sexy and unexpectedly deep. There are no frustrating willful miscommunications or immaturity. Instead we get authentic, completely lovable characters and a fantastically heartwarming story.

Loved it! Definitely recommend!

Zeke Daniels isn't just a douchebag; he's an asshole. A total and complete jerk, Zeke keeps people at a distance. He has no interest in relationships - most assholes don't. Dating? Being part of a couple? Nope. Not for him. He's never given any thought to what he wants in a girlfriend, because he's never had any intention of having one. Shit, he barely has a relationship with his family, and they're related; his own friends don't even like him. So why does he keep thinking about Violet DeLuca? Sweet, quiet Violet - his opposite in every sense of the word.

Ohmygosh. Sara Net is a wonder. This story was so good - SO GOOD! Enemies to lovers is such a tricky trope for me, I don’t always have the patience for it because I mostly just live for that ooey gooey falling in Love feeling. But the chemistry between Zeke and Violet was spot on, and this girl who comes on so meek and soft spoken can give as good as she gets. I ADORED her. And the way she tamed her snarly beast.

This is my favorite of the Douchebag stories for sure. It was a fantastic listening experience and a nearly flawless story. Five stars!

Y’all I was sucked into this story like nobody’s business. I think this is the fastest I’ve ever finished an audiobook, i kept finding myself drawn back to it, yearning to spend more time with Kate, Hunter, and sweet Maddie.

I freaking love a good single dad story, and this one absolutely did not disappoint. It’s a super quick read, full of sweetness, swoons, and the occasional snicker. It was so much fun, and just the perfect way to lose my heart.

As an audio experience it’s top notch, the narrators are perfection and I definitely recommend you pick this one up!
