Are you looking to lose weight, break a weight loss plateau or become healthier? Countless scientific research trials have confirmed the beneficial results of fasting. I personally have used intermittent fasting (IM) to burn off the last stubborn 12 pounds of fat I could not lose through exercise or diet. I did not have the will power to do two to three day fasts so daily intermittent fasting worked great for me - in fact, it worked so well that I can't help but to do it almost everyday, and there is NO hunger!

An informative book. I was actually impressed by how much useful information squeezed in such a short book. The truth is i can not imagine that the book will affect me so much. I really liked how he talked about how it takes time to be an expert on anything and reading boos and knowing you have much to learn is important. The creator did an excellent job of writing. Thanks to creator.

This is a great book for someone Interested in trying the Carnivore diet. It has great suggestion, great recipes It lays out exactly what you need. It shows you the different options you can have. I would recommend this book to all for a Carnivore diet.

This is an excellent guide which really goes in to detail which is exactly what I was looking for. I feel like the ideas which the author presented were very actionable and I took a lot away from them. Excellent overall.
