Academy Award nominee Samuel L. Jackson ( Pulp Fiction) rocks this mock bedtime story, capturing a hilarious range of emotions as the voice of a father struggling to get his child to sleep. Go the F**k to Sleep is a bedtime book for parents who live in the real world, where a few snoozing kitties and cutesy rhymes don’t always send a toddler sailing blissfully off to dreamland.

Disgusting. How many times can you hear F...K in 6 minutes? This so called humorous book has absolutely no saving grace and was a total waste of time. Just forget this one, it is coarse and rude.

Fast Moving Exciting Read

Book lends itself to a fast paced, action packed, shootem up, chase movie. Although it is an unbelievable, far out drama, it is a fun read. The narrator/reader is excellent. Good plot but one has to suspend belief for much of the action scenes.

Inner Circle - Book One of Two or More

Overall
3 out of 5 stars

This book should have been named: Inner Circle Book One! as the story ends it is very obvious that a second book will be written "Book Two" sometime. I was going to rate this read 4 stars, but because of the ending, I will rate less. However, it is a gripping story and the characters are well developed. Great reader, Scott Brick. I REALLY don't like it when an author set up the story to be continued....if the books sells well.....without stating so.

In pitch-perfect voices, Kathryn Stockett creates three extraordinary women whose determination to start a movement of their own forever changes a town, and the way women - mothers, daughters, caregivers, friends - view one another. A deeply moving novel filled with poignancy, humor, and hope, The Help is a timeless and universal story about the lines we abide by, and the ones we don't.

The readers are fabulous, portraying the characters just as I would imagine. A first rate read and I couldn't stop after the first hour! I would rate this as good as "Water for Elephants"! Well worth the cost..plenty of surprises, laughs and tears at our humaness. Don't miss this one.

Good Thriller with a Poor Ending

Excellent reader and a thrilling storyline. Many unexpected twists and turns. Rolls along at a good clip and holds one's attention. However, I found the ending quite unbelieveable and it seems drama for drama's sake and it added little to the story.

Tests Reality

I read it from www.audible.com, very good reader. Story was "long in the tooth" in the midsections. Several sections really seemed to beg reality. The book did not hold my interest or keep me tied into the story. There was little interest in finding out what happens next. The main deaf character is really bright sometimes and unbelievable stupid at others. Even in rural Wisconsin, there were MANY resouces available for the deaf at that time.
