This story had just enough angst to keep my interest. I liked that the sexual tension was there, without the plot going into too much detail. Good narration with even sound quality.

The story moved right along. It was interesting. I most loved the mention of some of my personal favorite authors as remarked upon by the female lead. The narrator , Andi Arndt, was spot on with pacing and voices. Kylie Scott is a must read for me from now on.

the story was interesting. I listened while doing other things so I may not be giving it full justice. I like paranormal genre. The story just suddenly stopped, though, so it was definately not finished at the end.

I have read this series multiple times. This is one of my favorites. Even though Stan and Susan spend most of the book separate from the other Guardians, the story comes together well. The reunion with Seth is my favorite part. Kirsten Potter is the only narrator that I want to hear for this series. She does an outstanding job.

The story was predictable, as a variation of billionaire with innocent girl romance, but the narrator did a great job getting that little bit of Texas accent just right. I also loved the British characterizations. I will listen to this one again.

The plot was typical for romance, but the narration and pacing were spot on. I like to re-read some interesting books and this one I will read again to make sure I obtain every nuance.

I usually like these kind of stories. But the difference in audio quality make me constantly turn the sound up and down. When the Narrator was explaining the action, the sound quality was perfect, but when the readers switched to conversations- someone in the sound booth turned the volume down to a whisper and I couldn't hear it without turning the volume on my tablet up. Then It was a roller coaster of up and down volume. Really distracted from the story and make me wish I hadn't wanted to know what happened or what they said. I may have done better with the printed version but I have vision problems also, so Audible is a better option. It was the same volume problems with the prequel.

The story started out with the female narrator stating that she loved British accents. I agree completely. I thought the story dragged a little but listening to Richard Armitage made the entire experience worth the listen.
