A lot of great recipes. Very easy and adaptable to your diet, whether it's Energy Muffins: Eat Them for Breakfast to Feel Terrific All Day. Give it a try.

For me, this book is life changing. Been fighting fat for 50 years. The common way of thought on nutrition was killing me. This fits and makes sense for me. I have lost over 20 pounds and have kept it off since January. My numbers are in the normal range, except for the body fat and weight, which am now confident I can continue to reduce. I have at least another 50 pounds to go. Usually after I fall off a diet I go through a lot of anxiety, almost a depression, as the weight starts piling back on. That is not happening. I eat normal, but do not experience the ravenous hunger I used to. The chapter on Hunger and how to manage it is priceless and it works. Now, when things begin to creep back in, I will skip a few meals and be right back at 250, I started at 276. I feel in control. I will go through another extended fast with intermittent fasts leading up to it. I have only managed a full 4 days, but that has NEVER occurred. I am 61 and have never gone that long without food. I was challenged finding information that worked for my age, sedentary occupation and lifelong history of every diet you can imagine and weight Yoyo-ing. My main point is It works for me,
