Super Whiny Nonsense

Overall

This book is the typical whiny, self-absorbed nonsense that reflects poorly on their other Millennial or Generation Z counterparts that learned some resilience or coping strategies. The book does point to some of the basic tenets of cognitive behavior therapy, attachment theory, and psychoanalysis but not in any meaningful manner. The author might better serve their life in adopting or at least reading and considering some of the philosophical works of Nietzsche or Frankl.
