I really enjoyed listening to this book. It sucked me in from the very beginning. It was a sweet romance with a hint of mystery. The narrator brought the characters to life!

I wasn’t sure I’d like this book because of Chad being an addict but I loved it!!! The emotions of the characters felt so real and I found myself rooting for Chad. I definitely would recommend!

There were so many times in this book that Peabody’s actions and words made me smile. I love the way the characters stay true to how they’ve been portrayed previously. I love the audio version of this series,too!!!

I loved this story and listening to it only added to the pleasurable experience. The plot kept me guessing until the very end and I loved the ending!! This may have been my first Barbara Freethy Book but it definitely won’t be my last!
