This book is so much more than a list of events and achievements. Arnold succeeds in sharing his story, his mindset, his vision, and his drive. His account is truly entertaining and fun, but it is also insightful, reflective, and inspiring.
Arnold is also as open about his failures and bad decisions as he was clear and decisive in every comeback.
If there is something distinctive about Arnold Schwarzenegger's movie persona that is always present in his "unbelievably true story" is that he is a man of vision and a man of action. Perhaps that is his true legacy, and we can all become better if some of it rubs off on ourselves.

Though I bought the book, listening to the audio version has been a wonderful experience. Stephen Lang has a magnificent voice that makes the story come truly alive, and Arnold lends his unmistakable voice to the beginning and end chapters, wrapping up a highly recommendable audioobook.

If you could sum up Bad Habits No More in three words, what would they be?

This book by S.J. Scott is permanently free on Kindle, and Steve Scott uses it as a lead magnet for his list of readers. When I ordered, I mistakenly accepted to order the audiobook version as well, which was inexpensive (less than 3 USD.) I should note that this is no reflection on the author. As it was inexpensive, I left the charge and downloaded the audiobook on my phone (my first Audible book!)

Though S.J. Scott has a very good reputation for the quailty of his books, I must say that expected no more than another book on habits, maybe a collection of blog articles or common advice freely available on the web. Boy, was I wrong!

This is a very well-researched book, full of important infornation about habits taken from credible sources (many of which I had previously read.) It is chock full of practical advise and credible examples, and it made me reconsider many of my previous approaches to curbing my bad habits.

And, most importantly, it is extremely well-written and edited. A quality asset indeed.

What about Greg Zarcone’s performance did you like?

The quality of the narrator is impressive. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I finished the book on audio, and played it more than once.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Bad Habits No More?

From this book, I learned that a structured but simple approach is key to changing habits, and that lasting behavioral change is possible if approached realistically.

This book was perfect for me. I want to learn the ins and outs of a topic without wasting time on "filler" content. In time, I became more of a skimmer than a reader, but I found myself reading and listening to this book and enjoying the process as if I were chatting with a friendly mentor.
Pamela's extensive experience in content marketing and her years managing the editorial team an Copyblogger show in this book. The material is comprehensive and approachable, full of well-thought, real-world examples. The explanations are clear, precise, and easy to follow.
Pamela's narration is comfortably paced, which combined with her outstanding enunciation and voice made listening to this book a great experience. For me, this audiobook was idal to learn the meat of content marketing during my daily commute.
(I had previously read the book, but I was eager to listen to the author narration after enjoying ZeroToBook.fm, the weekly podcast she did with author Jeff Goins about the writing process for this book.)
