Amelia saved her parents, saved the US, and maybe even saved the world. But she's not out of it yet. Aliens are coming, and they aren't planning on playing nice. When huge drones with unbelievable firepower fall from the sky, it's up to the Full Metal Superhero, some new friends, and old allies to stop them. However, alien drones aren't the only thing falling from the sky. If Amelia can't find a way to defeat the drones and stop the threats from old enemies, she might just be at the end of her rope. If Arsenal falls...humanity falls with her.

This is the story of what one man was able to achieve though hard work, dedication, careful planning, unhealthy obsession, giant robots, disintegrators, remote controlled grolem dolls, a horde of disposable henchmen, killbots, an annoying cyborg ninja, and 36 rules every supervillain should follow!

No Bobiverse by far. In Bobiverse lame standard social commentary could be overlooked, because the tech and concepts were so delightfull, even the space mechanics and physics. Not the same in this book. We get it. The military is stupid and religion is bad, and pretty much all institutions. It gets tired after a while. Several times I wanted to stop listening. This book is just ok, nothing more.

The science, concepts, theories were were often illuminating, when they were not contradictory. But, that was ok. The philosophical portions were by and large an eye rolling experience. I kept thinking get back to the science you were doing so well. Its likes the common trap of "Im a genius at this, so my opinions on everything else is superior", I get it, us common people are stupid. Pass on this one.

The ancient alien AI they nicknamed Skippy is apparently dead, and even if they can by some miracle revive him, he might never be the same.
