So professional. Extremely relevant.

The insight on adult and children's perspectives is worth the price of admission, alone.

The detailed accounts of the spiritual retreats is also helpful for mediating on purpose beyond observing awareness.

You are gonna get tools for myriad of psychological constructs.

If you are considering picking this up. Do it. What's fifteen dollars, anyways?

This is the first book to offer the great master's incisive wisdom in short selections taken from the whole range of his voluminous works. The pithy and powerful readings, arranged according to theme, provide a perfect introduction to Dogen - and inspire spiritual practice in people of all traditions.

As a practitioner of the way, I found many delights in these expressions. With new and old teachings of dharma throughout the recording, it was possible to become immersed but not overwhelmed.

This was my first encounter with Dogan as well as Brian Nishii and I intend it not to be the last.
