"Yesterday was exactly the same, and tomorrow would be the same again. Surely there would never be an end. The blissful and vast sky of unblotted playfulness seemed to extend indefinitely. They were five years old, and the world was as young as they were."

Going back and forth was a bit hard to understand but I was able to figure out what time frame we were in. The characters had great background, mystery line was good, and narrator was engaging. There was a few editing issues. But just a word repeated. Will recommend this book.

Okay this story was great the last hour. Before that I felt like it was just a whining mess. Going back and forth between both men, not understanding each other because we haven't know each other long, and over all over dramatic. This book could have been cut to about three hours and gave the same over all story.

This book is well written. The characters have good backgrounds. I can relate to this story in the fact I sleep deep and it's hard to come out of my dreams when I wake. The one problem that I say with this book is how she continues (and her dad continues) to go alone with him. As a parent I wanted to scream at them. Other than that it's a good book

The beautiful and alluring Tammy Rankin and her brother Andy were positively grief-stricken when their well-to-do father died of a fatal heart attack. In fact, their grief was intensified when they realized that their young stepmother stood to inherit his vast fortune; that is, unless they could somehow suggest foul play and pin a murder rap on the woman. They obviously needed to enlist the services of someone who was totally devoid of any amount of scruples whatsoever.
