I am extremely disappointed with this book. For some reason this is one of the books loved by most people especially in real estate domain. For me it was too weak and very average. No energy and basic.

Extreme success, by definition, lies beyond the realm of normal action. If you want to achieve extreme success, you can’t operate like everybody else and settle for mediocrity. You need to remove luck and chance from your business equation, and lock in massive success. The 10X Rule shows you how!

Start closing sales like top producers! Have you ever found yourself at a loss for what to say when the gatekeeper asks you what your call is about? Have your palms ever sweated when the decision maker shuts you down with "I wouldn't be interested"? Has your heart taken a fast dive into your stomach when, at the start of your presentation, your prospect tells you that they've thought about it and are just going to pass? Are you finally ready to learn how to confidently and effectively overcome these objections, stalls, and blow-offs?

Some good scripts and lot of extra filler of no need. I heard the audible the first time and was disappointed but then heard it again a few times and found it much better.

What would have made Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever, Volume 1 better?

It was a podcast that I had to pay to listen. Overall, it was a waste of money. I did not gather any info that I can say was a golden nugget. If I knew it's bunch of podcasts into one audiofile, I would have never bought it. Go to biggerpockets and listen to those awesome podcasts for FREE. Why PAY to listen inferior podcasts. Total waste of money.

What could Joe Fairless and Theo Hicks have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

This should have been a FREE download.

Would you be willing to try another one of Colleen Patrick’s performances?

Paid Podcasts, umm! Never... but if there's content in it then, may be!

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

disappointment... waste of money.
