Raising Your Spirited Child
- By: Mary Sheedy Kurcinka
- Narrated by: Mary Sheedy Kurckina
- Length: 3 hrs and 5 mins
The spirited child, often called "difficult", can easily overwhelm parents, leaving them feeling frustrated and inadequate. Spirited kids are, in fact, simply more intense, sensitive, perceptive, persistent, and uncomfortable with change than the average child. Through vivid examples and a refreshingly positive viewpoint, Mary Sheedy Kurcinka offers parents emotional support and proven strategies for handling their spirited child.
Would love to hear the unabridged

Best parenting book EVER!
Absolutely wonderful very informative, and very useful information. The information is easy to use and understand. Not a bunch of tiny tips. Overall concept is clear and easy to implement. This book also helps people understand themselves.
This book helps us see what is going on in our childrenand why they do the things they do. Therefore it is much easier to get them to do what we need them to do without a fight. This book would help us all live in harmony.

The First Americans: Prehistory – 1600, A History of US, Book 1
- By: Joy Hakim
- Narrated by: Christina Moore
- Length: 5 hrs and 25 mins
Thousands of years, way before Christopher Columbus set sail, wandering tribes of hunters made their way from Asia across the Bering land bridge to North America. They didn't know it, but they had discovered a New World. The First Americans is a fascinating re-creation of pre-Columbian Native American life, and it's an adventure of a lifetime!

Sounds like she's really talking to you!
This audible book is great! I listen to it all the time! It sounds like she's really talking to you! Great for 10 to 100! Perfect for all ages up from ten!
It sounds like a story your grandma is telling you about Columbus, and she knew him! It's such a great book I can't even put it in the textbook category! Really well written!
